Please note that gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Gift certificates are limited to 1year from date of purchase. The certificate may be supplemented by payment of cash, acceptable check or valid credit card. Credit will be given on unused portion of certificate. Not redeemable for cash. Not replaceable if lost, destroyed, stolen or expired, and certificate will not be extended beyond the expiration date.

Reservations for spa services must be made in advance, indicate that you will be redeeming a certificate. The Bellasia Spa certificate must be presented to Bellasia Spa desk at check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY-Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance.  If you fail to keep your appointment, there will be a 50% charge based on your service(s).
